G'day from SA

G'day All,
New To the forum but not to distilling and brewing. Been using a Still Spirits reflux still for many years with excellent results but I've now decided to put my all grain beer brewing skills to good use and make some real stuff without essence! Plan is a 4 plate, 4" column as modular as possible (so I can off the Still Spirits unit) so I can use it as flexible a still possible. Great site, great info! Cheers.

G'day fellas.
Well here's my new toy, all cleaned, sac run and ready to go. Can't wait to start experimenting with her  I've got a bit of copper left so might make another module at some stage if it's worth it? Anyone got an opinion on that? Cheers, Lowie
