element guard kit safety concern

As/Nz electrical standards (and I assume Euro and US) say that you should not have access to single insulated wire and must not have access to live terminals without the use of a key or tool.

The way the kits work allow access to live terminals by simply unscrewing the triclover clamp. Although these stills are not in a public area and not likely accessable by children and boofheads, I think they could be alot safer and meet standards by replacing the wingnut on the clamp with a normal hex nut. If you guys agree you could advise people of the safer way to install them.
