I'm interested in what folks have done with these parts.

I'm planning the build for a friend, and I want to do something purty. Also need to keep costs down and these parts help. She's into single malt and seems like that's what she'll be playing around with. How about a pre-condenser In the cone?

That would be pretty cool. less you added a plate and alot of work to get it there, a precondensor would be moot. But that is the great thing about the dragon, You get to make it any way you want and they will work to help get you there.

Excellent design (why did that never collide with my brain cells before) and should be adopted by many. Especially if the pre condenser was a double coil, would take heaps of heat out in a short period of time.
Great post Mini.

Cheers.
