Looks like it's a slight derivation of Limoncello...could imagine it would be quite tasty!

What can you tell me about the plums? Are they like any variety I might find in the US? How un-ripe are they?

Nothing wrong with livin' in de boibs coop.

Why do the plums need to be unripe?
Love these "secret" home recipes. They make some of the best drinks going.
