When you start a new post you will get the first screen ,(pic 1) about half way down the page, you will see, upload attachment. Click that and a little thing will pop up under it to the right (pic 2). Click choose file, that will direct you to images on you comp. Just follow the promps from there. I think max size is around 700mb.

On my ipad I use simpleresize, very easy!
I started my liquid diet and so far it seems to be working! I've already lost two days.

Photoshop can resize your photo too.

You may want to remove all of the identifiable information that is attached to your photo before posting. I use Windows, so this is how you do that in Windows:

Right-click on the icon for the photo, a new list of actions will open
at the bottom of that list is "properties"

left-click on "properties" a new box will open
at the top of that box are four tabs, click on the "details" tab

listed there is all of the personal information that is attached to your photo
at the bottom of the "details" is a link that says "Remove Properties and Personal Information"
Click on that link, a new box will open up, you will have two choices:
"Create a copy with all possible properties removed"
Or
"remove the following properties from this file:"

I use the "create a copy..." because it's easier, and retains the properties on the original photo.

Now you can post to the forum a copy of the photo with all of the personal details removed.

I have iPhones and iPads, but don't know how to remove details within iOS. I do that on my PC.
