Bubble on boiler

Having seen all the good reviews, a bubble plate under my 3" VM seems like a good idea.
My keg/boiler has a 4" ferrule connection and I was wondering if there is any problem placing the bubble plate at the boiler connection?
This could save me both height and $ in components.

Dear MR Catman.... or you could get one bubble tee and two plates then you would have a sight glass to see how the plates load up...

Only issue i see would be a fun clean up on a puke...

Cool thanks guys.
I like the bubble idea with two plates and sight glass but would there be enough reflux returning from 1metre of packed column to load up two plates, or would it be better to just go a single larger 6" plate?

1 meter plus a reflux condenser should do it, I imagine.

My first plate sits on the ferrul, right on top of my boiler. No issue. Even with a rum run.
