First piece of my hybrid just showed up
I have two more 4" bubble tees coming.
3 plates,60" of lava rock topped off with my splitter.
96% on the horizon
3"Potstill
3" VM
3" VM Splitter
4" hybrid

You will get a very high takeoff rate with that with really clean product. Nice setup and as a bonus it'll look good :handgestures-thumbupright:

Ran the hybrid last night with my first Ag rye,6 rowbarley,maize mash. I bolstered the mash with sugar to get 8% total.

Collected 2 gal of 85-94% ABV gonna proof and put on oak.

I played with my splitter valves and was able to control tha ABV pretty well by limiting the reflux return.

I ran my 5500 controller from 15 amps to 22 amps. No flooding or puking.

Bubbler worked like a charm.

This was a completely different experience then with just the packed column. I think it will take a couple runs to fine tune the takeoff speed, overall a good exercise. Can't wait to taste this batch.
